Fluorid Wax Ban – controls during MWC 2025

• Masters competitions are affiliated to FIS regulations. To ensure fair competitions for everyone, testing is unavoidable

• Fluorid wax controls take place in the form of random controls, AFTER the finish-line

• A maximum of 10 bib numbers is drawn by a random generator. Thus, a maximum of 10 participants per race (not per category) are tested.

• Random selection ensures that no nation is tested more or less frequently than others.

• Any decision to disqualify a participant is made solely by the jury.
